These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GenXtasi website and audio drama streaming service operated by GenXtasi ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use GenXtasi. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
GenXtasi offers a free tier that allows you to listen to up to three unique episodes across the catalogue. To access unlimited content you must subscribe to a paid plan.
Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable plan rate.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the period you have already paid for. In cases of technical error or duplicate charge, please contact us at [email protected] and we will review your case promptly.
All audio content, artwork, series descriptions, and other materials available on GenXtasi are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not download, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
If you submit reviews, ratings, or other content ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content in connection with the service. You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenXtasi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
